Why this one
- The mandate is to take APIs that exist inside the platform and turn them outward, with the documentation, sample data and starter guides that make a public one usable. That is a developer product, built inside a company whose customers are utilities.
- Two companies were bought inside four months, BTR in September 2025 and Resideo Grid Services in December 2025, and the pilots since then add batteries and vehicle to grid to what the platform already carried. A platform that has absorbed that much has more ways in than it had a year ago, and this seat owns them.
